The Croydon branch of River Island is quite big. There are two floors with the children's clothes on the 1st floor. On the ground floor, there are lots of shoes as well as stylish clothes. The staff there are friendly and helpful.

Love, Love, Love River Island. The quality of there products is next to none just amazing. Some think its a tad bit pricey but I think it's worth the quality. Only problem is when I go in for 1 item I always leave with 4 or 5 items because they look so good and everything has something to March which is awesome. Until next time See you soon River Island.

Shopping in Croydon can be bottom tier but walking into River Island and being served by Adele + Leah will give you hope that customer service in this town can get better lool. Great experience!

The store looks on the small-medium size but it's well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful and the floor is kept clean and free of obstacles. It's bright and clean, music is not too loud. Pop in if you need something.

Had a wonderful experience in store today, was served by a young black woman with straight hair whose name I wished I had got because she was so patient with me. I was looking for jeans for my fiancé and she helped me find the exact style I needed and check the back for me to try to find the right size, unfortunately it wasn’t in stock instore, but she took me to the till to order online. The lady at the till (South Asian in a grey top) was also so nice, and checked the online stock for me too. The store was clean and staff were constantly available everywhere to help people, the till staff were incredibly patient with everyone. Honestly couldn’t fault a thing. My only disappointment is that the style of jean I wanted (Dean) was completely out of stock in my SO’s size and it seems as though that range is now discontinued as it didn’t come up for them at all.
